Selection Procedure
Written Examination
We accept CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/M-CET scores. However, as CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/M-CET scores are issued to the students, any student who has appeared for the CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/M-CET examinations can apply for our courses with the CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/M-CET scores. Thus, all the four Management institutes will accept CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/M-CET scores. However, the XAT, MAT, CMAT and M-CET scores will be equalized and validated to the CAT score value and that will only be counted for the purpose of merit list. Anyone having any objection to the same, need not to apply. We do not believe in any cut-off points as we give only 30% of the weight age for the entrance examination, while making the merit list.

Group Discussions:
Candidates who fulfill the qualitative requirements will be called for the Group Discussions by experts. This will be for duration of 30-45 minutes per group. This may include role play, case studies and extempore speech and GD. 40% of the weight age in the merit list will be given to the GD process. Therefore the GD process may extend to the second day although all efforts will be made to complete the process in one day. This is an elimination round.

Essay Writing as Integral part of Interview Process. Written Communication Skill is very important for anyone to succeed in the industry. Therefore, the applicants will be required to appear for an essay writing exercise on a subject, which will be given on the spot in the selection centers. This will be for 30 marks and fifty percent of the marks will be counted. This essay writing will be for half an hour. The topics will be general in nature and anyone who follows the National Newspapers can easily appear for the same and score good marks.

Personal Interviews:
This expert panel interview and the essay marks will carry 30% of the weight age. This panel will assess the candidates on various parameters including the suitability of the candidate for a particular specialization. The panel will also give opportunity to the applicants to add or delete course options.

We use contemporary teaching techniques which are a combination of case studies, role plays, simulation, presentations, quiz, contests, live projects and assignments to name a few.

Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM):
PGDM program is a two year full time intensive course aimed at grooming students to become successful corporate leaders and entrepreneurs through a unique blend of academic rigor and experiential learning. We use contemporary teaching techniques which are a combination of case studies, role plays, simulation, presentations, quiz, contests, live projects and assignments to name a few.

PGDM program consists of six Terms, of which three are in the 1st year and three in the 2nd year. At the end of the 1st three terms, students have to undertake Summer Internship project for 6 to 8 weeks. In the 1st three terms all the subjects are compulsory. In the 4th and 5th term, students have to take four electives in each of the term, along with compulsory subjects. The 6th and last term consists of only project work.

Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Health care and Pharmaceutical Management):
PGDM (HCPM) program is a two year full time intensive course with a specific focus on pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. This course is aimed at grooming students to become successful corporate leaders and entrepreneurs through a unique blend of academic rigor and experiential learning. We use contemporary teaching techniques which are a combination of case studies, role plays, simulation, presentations, quiz, contests, live projects and assignments to name a few.

PGDM (HCPM) program consists of six Terms of which three are in the 1st year and three in the 2nd year.  All the subjects in all the terms are compulsory, except that students can choose one elective subject in each of the 4th and 5th term.  At the end of the 1st three terms, students are required to undergo a Summer Internship Project for a duration of 6 to 8 weeks.

Eligibility:
  • Valid scores in CAT / ATMA / CMAT
  • Graduate in any stream with at least 50% marks or Grade “B”
Admission procedure:
Admission details are announced through advertisement in leading newspaper. Candidates need to fill up the application form before the due date. Shortlisted candidates are called for Micro-presentation and Personal Interview process based on their marks in CAT / ATMA or CMAT.
