The Karnataka Private Medical & Dental Colleges Association, in their endeavour to offer an effective, fair and objective testing procedure to determine merit of students seeking admission to the member institutions, have formed “Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka” (COMEDK).

COMEDK has been assigned the task of organising a common entrance test for the academic year 2013.COMEDK entrance test & publication of test score and rank list will be followed by centralized counselling.

SEATS AVAILABILITY: As many as 2,222 seats are available for Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) counselling, for which the verification is in progress. Students will have 914 seats to choose through COMEDK counselling, 1,084 through KRLMPCA and 1,428 through deemed universities, besides an all-India quota. The number of BDS seats will remain the same at 2,990. Of these, 875 are government seats.

NOTE:. Medical Entrance Exams in these days are really tough to be completed due to huge rush from all over India.
