UPPGMET 2015 Admit Card

 

UPPGMET 2015 Admit Card will be provided to candidates at their respective examination center after submitting the registration slip. Thus, candidates are required to download the registration slips in the first week of March 2015. Candidates are required to carry registration slip with themselves at  their alloted examination center.

Candidates reaching the examination center without registration slip at the examination day will be provided  the UPPGMET 2015 Admit Card, if they reach the center between 8 am to 9.45 am.  To obtain UPPGMET 2015 Admit Card candidate must carry the following:

·         2 passport sizes colored photographs. The photo should be same as the one pasted on application form.

·         Pay Rs 100/- as fee for duplicate UPPGMET 2015 Admit Card

·         Photocopy of application form along with application form number (if filled and submitted online)

·         Proof of sending application form through Speed Post

·         Proof of identity such as Voter ID card, Pan Card, Driving License, Passport, High School Certificate which has photo of the candidate.

Candidates have to contact the centre observer UPPGMET 2015 to obtain the admit card.

The state level medical entrance exam is scheduled to be conducted on January 10, 2015 in paper pencil format at all designated exam centers.
