AIPMT - 2015 Instructions & Procedures for online Application

1. Please read the instructions and proceed carefully before you start filling the Online Application Form. 2.  Candidates can apply for AIPMT - 2015 “Online” only. 3.  Candidates must follow the instructions strictly as given in the Information Bulletin and on the website. 4.  Examination Fee Details and last date for submission of Online Application Form: Event Date WITHOUT LATE FEE Schedule for on-line submission of application forms 01.12.2014 to 31.12.2014 Last date for successful final transaction of feeapplicable for online application registered on or before 31.12.2014 By Credit Card/ Debit Card 01.01.2015 Only By E-Challan 02.01.2015 WITH LATE FEE Schedule for on-line submission of application 03.01.2015 to 31.01.2015 Last date for successful transaction of fee applicable for online application registered on or before 31.01.2015 By Credit Card/ Debit Card 01.02.2015 Only By E-Challan 02.02.2015 Date of uploading of Admit Cards on website 01.04.2015 Date of Examination, AIPMT-2015 03.5.2015 (Sunday) Declaration of Result By 5th June, 2015 FEE DETAILS WITHOUT LATE FEE WITH LATE FEE FOR GENERAL/OBC Rs.1200/- Rs.2400/- (Rs.1200+Rs.1200) FOR SC/ST/PH Rs.650/- Rs.1850/- (Rs.650+Rs.1200) 5. Uploading of Photograph, Signature ,Thumb Impression and Self declration ( Self Declaration is required in the case of candidate belongs to Andhra Pradesh, J&K and Telangana). i.            The Scanned image of the Photograph of the candidate should be in JPG format and Image size should be between 10Kb to 100Kb ii.            The Scanned image of Signature of the candidate should be in JPG format and Image size should be between 3Kb to 20Kb iii.            The Scanned image of Left Hand Thumb Impression of the candidate should be in JPG format and Image size should be between 3Kb to 20Kb iv.            *The Scanned image of Self Declration (in the case of candidate belongs to Andhra Pradesh, J&K andTelangana) is required to be uploaded in JPG format and Image size should be between 200Kb to 300Kb. 6 .  The fee can be remitted in the following ways: i.            Through any Debit/ Credit Card using online payment gateway facility of Syndicate Bank / ICICI Bank / HDFC Bank /State Bank of India . ii.            Through e-Challan by depositing Fee in any of the branch of Syndicate Bank / ICICI Bank / HDFC Bank /State Bank of India. The e-challan may be generated after filling form on AIPMT website aipmt.nic.in 7 .  Please keep all these documents  for future refrence:  S.No. Documents (i) Proof of remittance of fee (ii) Computer Generated Confirmation Page of online Application (iii) Self Declaration(for candidates from Andhra Pradesh, J & K and Telangana who have opted for seats under 15% All India Quota) 8 .
