of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Nagpur was come into existence in the
year 1990. The college is belongs to Maharastra University of Health Sciences,
Nashik. The college offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Medical
Science.
The college is formed under the aegis of Vidya Shikshan
Prasarak Mandal. The college is associated with Lata Mangeshkar Hospital.
The college started with 100 MBBS students. Now the college
enrolled 150 students annually
The hospital has 910 general and superspeciality beds 58
Critical care beds -ICCU,ICU, SICU, Post Operative ICU, NICU, PICU, OBST- ICU Round
the clock emergency services with disaster room, emergency theatre and 7 beds
in dialysis Unit and 14 fully equipped modern operation theatre
The college facilitates spacious lecture halls with modern
teaching gadgets, well equipped laboratories for hands-on training, genetic Lab
& Research Lab for inculcating research-orientation in students and largest
auditorium of the city.

Eligibility & Admission Procedure
- Candidate should have passed HSC in Science stream, from any recognized board with minimum 50% marks in PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) for Open category & 40% marks for Reserved category.
- 85% of seats are filled by way of common entrance test conducted by Association of Management of Unaided Private Medical, Dental Colleges (AMUPMDC) Mumbai, Maharashtra.& balance 15% are filed from NRI / sponsored candidates.
- Syllabus & course conducted as per Maharashtra University of Health Sciences at Nashik (MUHS).
